WELCOME to my Blog. This site is under construction. I will be changing it in a big way over the next few months. For now, here's the deal. It's a blog, and I post items of interest as they pass under my nose. I treat binge eating disorder, disordered eating, and chronic dieting, with an approach that focuses on intuitive eating and heatlh at every size. I tend to attract women of a certain age, i.e., those who have had lifelong binge eating issues, whether it's simply disordered eating and serial dieting, or full blown binge eating disorder. While I do not have room in my private practice for more clients, I would welcome a few by skype if you think I might be able to help and you think you might be ready. If so, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you are looking for peer support (and you are a women of a certain age), I host an intuitive eating FB group. It's a closed group, so you have to find it on FB, then request to join. There are guidelines, such as there is NO diet talk. It's all about supporting people trying to recover from binge eating, using primarily intuitive eating and similar tools. I welcome therapists and nutritionists/RDs to join as well.
